NAR’s Technology survey has shown that Internet leads come in third in terms of generating business for agents.  The only two more effective methods of lead generation are referrals and repeat customers.

The survey also revealed that there is a very direct relationship between the level of investment in Internet marketing and the number of leads generated.

So, the next time someone asks you what your Internet marketing budget is, make sure you have a good answer!
