Protaras, the post explains how to add content from a Word document to your website. Try reviewing the post again.

Karen,

Glad you had a chance to stop by! Copying from Word is such a problem for most folks because it <b>looks</b> like it works well. Who knew it was sending along all that hidden code??

Glad you found the info helpful.

Kathleen,

You have been so helpful through the Point 2 forums that I decided to browse through all your posts. The tip about copying from Word explains a LOT of problems that I had with my home page...which is the only page that I had actually written in Word. Now that I know how to deal with it, I'll be writing drafts of my blog posts in Word for easier spell checking. The notepad tip is going to come in very handy.

I had this very same problem copying from a word document. I took your advice and copied to notepad first and it worked like a charm. Thanks again!

Great advice about copy to notepad and then to your site. I got bitten by the junk code in word about a year and a half ago. It took alot of time to straighten it out.

The other thing to remember is that the content for the site should be original, written in yout own words with your visitors in mind. Don't write for the search engines and stuff keywords into your content, the search engine do not like it.
