If these agents don't have a really good IDX search displayed very prominantly, visitors will leave pretty darned quickly. A good IDX solution can be simple to get and it is easy to pur a huge SEARCH AUSTIN HOMES link on every page of the site. People visitign my site spend 95% looking at listings.
