Short sales are still a hot topic, of course.  But, can you name the top 10 reasons why a short sale will not close?

Noel Padilla, who markets Kendall FL real estate, has written a David Lettermanesque list of the top 10 reasons why your short sale won’t close.  While not everyone who commented agreed with his list, it did generate some lively discussion.

Take a moment to read the post.  Then, read it again.  I think some of the points don’t really sink in until the second time through.  And, Noel’s responses to the comments on the post provide additional insight.
