It surprises me how many sites just have a contact number and nothing else. In Austin the board even provides a free search that taps into the Austin MLS. Its not great but its better than nothing. But you probably will get MORE leads and MORE overall net business - if you do require registration, provided of course you follow up on all of the registrations/inquiries. I voted. :D

The Board out there didn't have much of a search feature. Once I showed the agents WolfNet and how they coould promote it at open houses and in other ways, they realized that they had something almost nobody else in the area had. It was one of those ah-ha moments.
