Сливочное масло и фарш нашпиговать в начинку кусочками в разных местах. Раскатать оставшееся тесто пластом меньшим протвиня. Накрыть пластом начинку и слепить края двух пластов теста. Сделать надрезы в разных местах (5-6). Смазать взбитым яйцом и посыпать сухарями. Выпекать на среднем огне в духовке 40-50 минут . Уверен, вы удивите своих гостей, особенно жителей Украины.
