If you haven’t heard of TigerLead yet, you probably will.  TigerLead has come up with a unique offering that, according to what I’ve heard from my clients who are using the TigerLead system, is revolutionizing their approach to Internet lead generation.

The TigerLead system isn’t for everyone.  You need to invest a fair amount in order to take advantage of it.  But, if you are at a point where you have the capital to take your business to the next level, using TigerLead is definitely a strategy you’d want to evaluate.

What Makes TigerLead Unique?

There are a number of things that make the TigerLead approach unique.  Listed below are the things that stand out to me after attending a TigerLead webinar:

• The TigerLead system replaces your existing MLS search with a search facility that does an excellent job of getting visitors to register.
• TigerLead would also replace any Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising you’re currently doing.  The TigerLead ads have an outstanding track record of attracting clicks.
• Part of the power of the system is the way in which TigerLead manages their PPC advertising to achieve very low cost per click, and very high click to lead and lead to sale conversion.
• Lead ”scrubbing”is automatically performed, meaning that the system attempts to verify all contact information against publically available data bases.
• Tracking and nuturing leads has been taken to a new level.  Once a visitor has registered, any activity related to that prospect can be quickly added to the prospect database.  Agents can use their own email client to “send an email to the database” that will update the status.
• Leads can be distributed to a team automatically or manually.  The automatic distribution allows for individually controlling the percent of leads that each agent receives.

And, that list just scratches the surface.  You’d really need to do your own research to understand the overall benefit of the system.  But, I do understand why people are raving about how the system works, and the results.

My recommendation is that you contact the folks at TigerLead if you’re interested in learning more.  It’s a concept that will challenge some of your existing assumptions, and you’d need to get an in-depth overview of the process, and give it some thought.

But, you may find it more than worth the effort!
