Interesting point about the niche market registration. And, as you say – testing it is the best solution.

One remark regarding your current poll regarding MLS on websites: The persons I’ve spoken to seem to do better requiring registration for sites that are straight GENERAL area real estate. However, niche sites (like my farm site), generally do better not requiring registration. Figured I’d throw that into the mix of things.

Regardless, easiest way to see is test it. Try registration for a month, see how you do.
