I would imagine that you’ve all heard about the fact that the First-Time Home Buyer tax credit has been extended and expanded.

NAR has done a nice job of putting together a PDF file containing a  one-page information sheet showing the changes between the existing tax credit and the one passed on November 6, 2009.
