The problem is that you and I, and most of the rest of the real estate industry, believe that traditional methods are going to be less and less effective.

So, you&#039;re right.  It&#039;s actually past time to get with the Internet!</description>

And any REALTOR with a website without a good property search and a way to get his or her own listings out to various sites is completely missing the boat.  Having said that, I an stunned to be in a in a pretty tech savvy market like Austin and see REALTORS who have no clue about an internet presence.</description>
