What To Do When SEO Doesn’t Fit Your Budget
· CommentsSearch Engine Optimization (SEO) is the best way to drive traffic to your real estate website.
Given the state of the economy, outsourcing SEO can be beyond reach. But, if you recognize that you really need to be increasing your Internet presence now, there’s an alternative you might want to evaluate.
Compass Internet Systems and U.S. Bank have teamed up to provide financing for SEO work. I don’t know what the interest rate is, but you can check out the announcement on RISMedia.
If getting your website to the top of the search engine results page is one of your goals, this may be an opportunity for you to achieve that goal sooner rather than later.

Hi, Kathleen;
The Interest rate varies, depending on the client’s good credit and what features they want the credit card to have (miles, cash back, etc.). It can be zero for a while, and in no case is it unreasonable. The bank sets that, not us!
The key thing is that, when coupled with our Sell a House guarantee, the client can get going now and pay nothing down, and very little monthly until they get back selling to that Internet marketplace. It might help folks whose budgets have no room left in them.

Mike – Thanks for stopping by and for the information about the rates.
I agree that it’s tough when budgets are tight. When you’re in a position where you can’t spend the money you need to in order to make money, that’s a really uncomfortable place to be.
Your initiative to make SEO something people can do right now should help!
