Of the clients I talk to, some have revenue that is higher than last year, some have revenue that has fallen off somewhat, and some have revenue that has just fallen off.
So, on those days when you’re tired of worrying about the traffic to your website, or that last deal that fell through, or why your last lead won’t take your calls, here’s an idea.
First, take a deep breath. Then, realize that the secret to real estate is not in the details. The secret is in the global view of how you’re running your business.
After that, take a trip over to the Master Series at NAR and listen to some (or all) of the videos on that page.
Don’t think about the fact that you don’t really want to hear one more agent talking about how well their year is going. Don’t focus on how your market is different than the one depicted in the video.
Just sit back and listen to how the person in the video thinks about their business and the philosophies that are behind the things that they do, or don’t do – and find those things that you can apply to your business, regardless of the market you’re in.
