Windstream is my DSL provider at the office.  The DSL has been down for over 24 hours now.  They say at least 2000 customers are affected.  They’ve stopped even trying to provide a projected fix day/time.

As you may imagine, I make my living on the Internet.  Without Internet access, I’m in deep trouble.

I have to ask myself the same question that occurred to me when the BP oil spill happened:  “Shouldn’t there have been a plan in place to address a problem that would cause this big of a catastrophe?”
