The most effective way to reach the officers of the club is by text. Same with project committee heads. If fact, having a Facebook page with schedules and updates is also a great thing to do. Whenever something is posted, I send a text to the students to look at the page. All I do is write and save a memo. I find the memo, select forward and enter the cell phone number.
