The most effective type of direct mail is structured as a direct-response piece. That means, that you make an offer in your direct mail that the reader is encouraged to respond to. And, since you probably have a real estate website, you can use it as the vehicle for the response.
Sending out “image” pieces that simply get your name out, or encourage people to contact you if they are thinking of buying or selling, are not the most effective use of your marketing budget.
