Are You Using Contact Forms to Increase Website Leads?

ComputerCouple02What tools do you use to motivate website visitors to contact you? One of the most effective tools is providing information or expertise to your website visitors.

Many real estate websites allow you to gather basic contact information. Some provide contact forms geared toward one purpose, such as a Home Evaluation. But, what if you come up with a great idea for providing a service that requires more detailed information from your visitors?

You could instruct your visitors to use a standard contact form, and list the pieces of information that should be included in the Comments field. A much more effective approach would be to create a custom form that has checkboxes or fields specifically labeled to gather the information you need.

But, what do you do if your real estate website doesn’t provide the capability to create custom forms? We can help! We can work with you to design a custom form that gathers just the information you need. We’ll host it for you, and you can frame it into your website.

When a visitor completes the custom form, you will receive the information in an e-mail sent to the address of your choice. You would enter the name, e-mail address, etc. into the contact manager you normally use to keep track of the contact information. And, you’ll have an e-mail as a written record of the additional information you received from your visitor.
