I thought Kathleen had a very good understanding of real estate, but she was an expert on general marketing. Her broad base marketing knowledge really added quality to the site. The internet knowledge she has helped a non-Internet person successfully navigate building an appealing website. Because she was so knowledgeable, she was able to explain things to bridge the gap for an Internet dummy.
Kathleen had a true sense of customer commitment and really focused on what I wanted and not what she thought was best. She was very attentive to hearing our preference and desires and worked hard to satisfy those needs. And, the result? We have had complete strangers e-mail us telling us the website was awesome.
The biggest problem we had with Kathleen is she let us work at our own pace and that was really too slow. She never pushed us to complete any of the materials.
