There are two online backup services that I would recommend. I’ve used both of them and found that they both work well. They’re easy to use, reasonably priced and give me the piece of mind I need to sleep at night. Like you, without my computer data, I’m out of business!
I used Carbonite for several years. After upgrading my computer and their software, I found that Carbonite was incompatible with the computer software I’m running. I don’t think that makes Carbonite a bad service. It was just the combination of software on my system. When I switched to Mozy, I was pleased to find that the service was just as good, and there was no conflict.
